In Kara’s work with you, individually, her goal will be to improve their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in efforts to have an enhanced quality of life. Kara’s goal is to provide simplistic educational tools curtailed to each client(s) needs in order to understand therapy in its simplest form as “a stripping down of one’s emotions, thoughts, behaviors, feelings, traumas, experiences to gain a more efficient understanding of a deep personal self-awareness.” As an individual learns more about themselves and their surroundings, they will be able to develop a deeper understanding of self, enjoy life more frequently and achieve their work, family life balance and goals
