Self Determined Recovery has developed relationships with individuals who are living in rural and urban areas who have a history of hospitalization or Substance use disorder and require more than a traditional outpatient services to remain in the community. We humbly assist with access to the necessary resources that empower our clients. These include evidenced based practices, developing independent living skills, budgeting, self-assertion, setting and attaining goals as well as relapse prevention strategies.
Level 3.1
Ours Level 3.1 programs offer a minimum of five therapeutic service hours per week of low intensity SUD treatment. Treatment includes individual, group and family therapy, medication management and psycho-education. These services facilitate the application of recovery skills, relapse prevention and emotional coping strategies.
Practice and integration of recovery and coping skills in a residential, supportive environment Populations served by 3.1 programs consist of clients with problems applying recovery skills, self-efficacy, or lack of connection to the community systems of work, education, or family life. Patients engaged in this level of care are likely , after successfully completing the programs, to engage in employment or academic pursuits. These programs can serve patients who may not yet acknowledge that they have an SUD or other addictive problems.
Level 3.5
Programs provide 24/7 monitoring in a safe and structured environment. Our Clinical team provides 36 hours of services in the form of individual and group counseling in the residential program. This framework of treatment allows individuals to recover in a more structured environment with Evidenced based approaches to treatment.
